THE 2019 CHEVY SILVERADO: MORE VALUE THAN EVER

Chevy’s iconic pickup rolls into 2019 with several upgrades, including more power and capacity. This year’s model lineup includes eight trims, beginning with the sturdy Work Truck to the feature-packed High Country model.

Above and underneath, the 2019 Chevy Silverado has the right working exterior

Every model features a long list of standard equipment that meet your purpose and more. When you need the ultimate in trail-ready gear, the available Z71 Off-road Equipment Package will open up more of Canada. This is standard with the Trail Boss model.

This package provides a 2″ suspension lift supported by quality Rancho shocks. The Goodyear all-terrain tires eat trail rocks, dirt, and mud and are just as effective on the road in a variety of conditions. Electronic Hill Descent Control gives you a helping hand in steep situations, and skid plates protect vital parts underneath. The additional features round out a package that gives you the flexibility to go where you need.

The 2019 Chevy Silverado has Several Engine Options

Whether you need top-of-line power or something more in the middle with good efficiency, the Silverado is ready to deliver. The LT will give you turbo four-cylinder power with 310 horsepower and 348 lb-ft of torque. If you need towing power, you can find a 4.3L six-cylinder option in rear-wheel drive models that tows up to 3,629 kilograms of cargo, which is a generous increase from the previous model.

The High Country boosts to a 5.3L V8 and 355 horsepower, but it keeps a respectable fuel consumption rating of 10.2 L/100 km on the highway. When you need maximum towing capabilities, a 6.2L V8 fitted with the Max Towing Package will pull up to 5,534 kilograms.

The exterior and drivetrain of the Silverado are full of features, but the interior is just as exciting. The technology-driven features help you stay safe on the road. The Lane Change Alert with Side Blind Zone Alert provides an additional layer of information when a lane change poses a risk. Front Pedestrian Braking senses movement in front of the vehicle at certain speeds and applies the brake. When you are riding high, that’s an extra peace of mind.
